Heya! Thank you for visiting my art website! I had a lot of fun making it!

I graduated Northern Illinois University in 2022 with an associates in illustration/fine arts and am in the middle of starting an art business. I took over a year off, but was slowly working on my art business for the last year and am really waiting for my business to pick up in 2025.

This website is called sammilynnarts but the actual branding name of my artwork is indigoeyestudios.
​
My artwork is heavily influenced by dreams, mysticism, and patterns and often bounces between a mysterious and colorful color palette. I often bounce between futuristic and Victorian aesthetics and like to explore various motifs.

By bouncing between mysterious and super colorful color palettes and the past and future, I feel like I am exploring the duality of human existence. My love of space, cats, synthwave aesthetics, patterns, striking color palettes and other planes of existence are prevalent in my work. I did art ever since I was little but didn't start taking it seriously until my 20s.

I'm in the middle of working on a poetry book of my creative writing which has my illustrations in it - and am aiming towards starting a tarot card reading business as well - which will go along with a set of oracle cards that I am currently working on.

As an amateur photographer, I also have an interest in photography as well - which is also on my website. There's going to be a section for my sculptures. I aim to weave all of the details of the universe into one unity through sensory exploration and mystic dynamism as an aspiring multimedia psychedelic artist.
